What does your credit report say about you?
How do you remove negative info from your credit report?
Who has access to your credit report?
How do you get a copy of your credit report?
How do you build a good credit report?

Step 1
It's important that you check your credit information thoroughly. Get a copy of all 3 of your credit reports online from the 3 major credit bureaus*: Experian (TRW), Equifax, & Trans Union.

If you prefer, you can get your Trans Union and Equifax credit reports for free by trying 30 days of credit monitoring through ConsumerInfo.com or TrueCredit.com.

* Experian, Equifax (TRW), and Trans Union are 3 separate and different credit reporting agencies. Creditors will report your negative credit to 1 or more of these credit reporting agencies. You need a copy of all 3 of your credit reports to make sure they are all reporting accurate information.

Step 2
Dispute any and all inaccurate & negative info from your credit report and get it corrected.

Step 3
Apply for a secured or unsecured Visa or MasterCard. You can qualify even if you have a bad credit report or no credit at all. This is the easiest way to start building good credit. Use the Visa and/or MasterCard to build a good credit report or rebuild your credit.
